The DFH Door Frame Latch and Hinge Machining Center is a high-efficiency composite processing equipment developed by Shanghai Shuping Seiko Machinery Co., Ltd. to address the flexible production needs of the wooden door industry. This machine integrates two core functions—door frame latch hole processing and hinge installation groove machining—into a single unit, realizing the concept of "one machine, dual-function processing"., including low efficiency, large floor space occupation and high labor costs caused by scattered production processes.
Adopting a three-spindle synchronous processing design, the equipment can mill three hinge positions simultaneously, completing single-layer hinge groove processing in just 20 seconds per door frame, achieving industry-leading processing efficiency. Meanwhile, it innovatively uses the upper surface of the workpiece as the processing reference surface, which effectively avoids processing errors caused by material thickness tolerances and significantly improves the product yield rate.
The DFH Machining Center is suitable for latch hole and hinge groove processing of door frames for various types of doors, including solid wood doors, composite doors and paint-free doors. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into automated production lines, meeting diverse production requirements from small-batch customization to large-scale manufacturing.
